The city of Bridgeport, the glitz, the glamour, the superficiality. It is only fitting that this bustling city is the home of this new Sims story.
As the sun sets over Bridgeport, the city comes alive. Meanwhile, up in the Bridgeport Hills, two pairs of legs step out of a limosuine and come to land at the beginning of a path.
The lights are on, and it’s time to begin.
The two legs slowly walk past the flashing lights, spraying fountains and soaring palm trees to their destination.
Beyond an enormous arc of spraying water, the mysterious figures’ destination becomes clear. An elaborate stage silently stands, waiting.
They have reached the end of the walkway and onto the stage. Slowly, the camera zooms out to reveal the mystery couple’s faces.
Ladies and Gentlemen, please put your hands together for Rodger and Lola, the new hosts of Big Brother Season Two!!!
RODGER: Hello everybody! I am the producer of Big Brother and new host Rodger and standing next to me is my beautiful co-host Lola. Unfortunately Stacey-Anne was unable to return to the show as she is on leave.
LOLA: She’s in rehab.
RODGER: Uh… yes… thanks Lola. So anyway, we are the new hosts and we will be taking in turns to host the eviction shows and day-to-day episodes. But never mind us, let’s talk about the show!
LOLA: That’s right Rodger, very soon the game of Big Brother will begin, but first… we need contestants! And this time… we want them from you! That’s right, this time we want you, the readers, to make your own characters to compete in this incredible competition!
RODGER: Not only that Lola, but we also want someone to design the house for the contestants to live in! This is very exciting, and we can’t wait to see how it pans out. NOTE FROM THE PRODUCER: Yes, that’s right, I’m back. I’m truly sorry that it has been so long. My holidays have just begun and I decided that it was time to write another story, because I do enjoy writing them so much. I tried doing this earlier in the year but unfortunately I quickly realised that I didn’t have enough time. But now I have the whole summer to create a sims blog that I can be proud of! Now, on the creation of the contestants and houses, information is below:
CONTESTANTS: I am looking for diversity. Think of the type of people they cast for reality tv shows, work with that, but I also want really creative and interesting characters who I think would be interesting in the house. The way you can ensure your character gets picked is if it is clear that a lot of thought has been put into the character and you give me a pretty detailed explanation of their character so I can work out how they will fit in in the house.
HOUSE: Like the contestants, I am looking for creativity. The only thing I need is: 8 beds, (at least) one bathroom, a small room for the Diary Room and a very large room for the HoH challenges to take place in. The rest is completely up to you and I really want to see unique and interesting houses… amaze me!
OVERALL: For both contestants and houses, custom content is allowed but you must add any links to the custom content when you send your product to me. I will not pay for any custom content so make sure it is freely available. I would prefer if you sent your products to me via email or my sims3 account only so I can contact you with whether I chose your character or not, I promise I will not spam your accounts or send you any unnecessary emails. However I understand the privacy issues involved so it is totally fine to just leave a link in the comments section.
I understand that it takes a lot of effort to make these sims/houses but I encourage you to do it as I can promise that you will have great enjoyment watching how your own creations work in this story.
Finally, this blog will require a large viewership to be successful so I urge everybody if they could please tell everybody they know about it. If you have a blog yourself, please add it to your links or even give a shout out to it in your next post, it would be very much appreciated! OH, AND ONE MORE THING: Honestly, in real life I do not watch a large amount of Big Brother. I only just realised the other day that in America Big Brother works very differently to how it does in Australia and other countries. In America, the contestants vote for who should be evicted whereas in other countries the contestants nominate each other for eviction and the public ultimately votes for who should be evicted. I would like to ask the audience what they think would be a better idea, would you rather vote for who you want to be evicted or should the contestants decide? Please leave your opinions in the comments section below.

Whoa, I just checked here today to see if you did that new blog you were talking about since no one seems to be doing any right now. I’ve stopped mine, too, because it was going nowhere and now I’m in school. But good luck! You’re already on my blogroll, but I don’t think very many people still look at mine since I haven’t posted anything in months. Haha. I’d love to see this one though.
